RAMCH has collaborated with the WORLDSTAR EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated
under Companies Act, 2013 of India, to facilitate online payment facility for various
The Facility is provided through PayU (Facility Provider), a third-party Payments Service
The Facility is secured with Benchmark Security Measures, and User data is kept confidential
by the Facility Provider.
The facility is intended to help the User make the payment of applicable fee through the
convenience of the online medium.
Once the User hits the payment button, s/he is redirected to the website of the Facility
Provider, where the User is asked to enter payment details and make the payment.
Once the payment is successful, the User is redirected to the website of RAMCH with success
Understanding & Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Payment through the Facility can be made using legally possessed Debit Card, Credit Card,
Net Banking Facility, or other payment mediums available.
The payment information provided by the User is submitted directly to the Facility Provider
and not kept by RAMCH.
The User agrees to furnish only the true and correct details and will not enter any
While making payment in foreign currency, currency conversion and other charges may be
imposed by the Bank that will be paid by the User.
Data provided to the Facility Provider remains between the User and the Facility Provider,
and RAMCH neither has any control nor the responsibility for that data.
Warranty, Guarantee, Liability, and Damages
For the operation or usage of the Facility, no warranty, guarantee, or representation,
express or implied, is given by RAMCH.
RAMCH does not accept any liability for any damage or loss or expenses, direct or indirect,
of any nature or kind that may arise from the use of the Facility.
The Application Fee is non-refundable.
Any requests to refund the Application Fee shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
Change In Terms and Conditions
RAMCH reserves the right to change or modify any of these Terms and Conditions as may be required
from time to time without any notice to the User. It’s the responsibility of the User to ensure
adherence to the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of payment.

# I swear that all the information, details, and documents I have furnished to RAMCH are
